Kitione Kautoga has been granted an immediate release from his contract with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs to pursue a new opportunity with another NRL club. The Bulldogs’ decision supports the 20-year-old forward’s career progression, as he has shown potential as a strong performer in the junior and developmental leagues.
Reports indicate Kautoga might be joining the Parramatta Eels, although official confirmation has yet to be made. His move would add depth to the Eels’ forward pack as they continue to build their squad for the 2024 NRL season.
This release aligns with the Bulldogs’ recent roster changes aimed at reshaping their squad under head coach Cameron Ciraldo.
Kautoga has been a positive contributor to the Bulldogs both on and off the field. He featured in two first grade games in 2024 and the Bulldogs would like to thank him for his hard work and commitment during his time at Belmore.
The Club wishes him, and his family all the best for the future
