Planned Return and Potential Opponents
Joshua is expected to return to the ring in late spring or early summer 2025, with Hearn indicating a likely fight in May or June. The primary targets for Joshua’s comeback are a rematch with Daniel Dubois or a long-anticipated bout with Tyson Fury. The initial plan for an immediate rematch with Dubois was shelved due to scheduling conflicts, as Dubois is set to fight Joseph Parker on February 22.
