The rivalry between Haiden Deegan and Levi Kitchen is heating up, with Deegan claiming Kitchen asked Star Racing about his 2025 Supercross coast choice. This suggests Kitchen is strategizing to either avoid or directly challenge Deegan, emphasizing how tactical moves and mind games play a big role in motocross competition.
Their interaction also highlights the growing use of social media for psychological battles. While Deegan aims to build his own legacy, Kitchen’s bold approach shows his determination to challenge a rising star, setting up an exciting 2025 season.
Deegan, of course, didn’t hold back in his assessment of the request!
On people calling him out, Deegan said:
“It’s hard; a lot of people can’t really say anything because I am out there beating them most of the time! Honestly, when people do take little punchlines at me and I am already beating them, I am like, ‘Why are you doing that?’ But I enjoy it too; I did the same thing when I wasn’t beating somebody; I took a little punch at them to see if I could break them down. A couple of guys do; a couple of guys get in the Instagram comments. I know Levi and I were going back and forth”.
“He called up my team to see what coast I am racing so he can race against me. I’m like, ‘Dude, I will text you what coast I am racing; let’s get it on; I do not care. I have beaten you multiple times.’ I’m honestly down for it anytime. Anyone who wants to race the 250 class, I don’t really care; I will work hard, and my goal is to go win.”
